Venezuelan President Nicholas Maduro, the man who said that the spirit of Hugo Chavez appeared to him in the form of a bird, has just “personally” ordered the arrest of a 35-year-old filmmaker for encouraging violence after Venezuela’s recent presidential election.
Apparently, Maduro may have been visited by another “little bird” and told that this 35-year-old filmmaker, Timothy Tracy, is working for the “U.S. intelligence” who are paying “right-wing youth groups” that are protesting the newly elected Maduro and his government.

They don’t have a journalist in custody. They have a kid with a camera. He does not really know what he’s doing.” – Aengus James, a friend and associate of Tracy’s in Hollywood, California.
Tracy’s friends and family told The Associated Press that he had been in Venezuela since last year making a documentary about the confrontation between the country’s opposition and its socialist government, which is struggling to maintain its once-high popularity after the death of charismatic President Hugo Chavez.
“They don’t have CIA in custody. They don’t have a journalist in custody. They have a kid with a camera,” said Aengus James, a friend and associate of Tracy’s in Hollywood, California. “He does not really know what he’s doing.”
According to a Fox Latino report, Tracy has been detained two other times by Venezuela’s intelligence service, the last time being in the city of Puerto Cabello, just prior to the April 14 presidential election.
Venezuela’s ‘Chavista’ Prosecutors have announced that Tracy had been detained this past Wednesday trying to to fly out of Simon Bolivar International Airport in the capital, Caracas, and will formally be charged with the country’s anti-terrorism laws.
“I gave the order that they detain him immediately, hand him to prosecutors with the proof that there is because nobody can be destabilizing this country, whatever they believe, because they’re on the side of the bourgeoisie, no,” Maduro said.
