U.S. Senator Ted Cruz has released a Tax day video that addresses the taxpayer dollars that are being spent on “extravagant White House parties” instead of being spent on more pressing and important programs like, national defense, education and veterans affairs.
Cruz calls for a simpler tax code that is “flatter and fairer” that can be mailed in on a tax form that the size of post card.
April Fools Day is the day when we all try to fool each other, and Tax day is the day when the government tries to fool all of us in to think that we are getting a good bang for our buck.-Sen.Ted Cruz
