President Obama’s 2009 Recover Act has been receiving ‘stiff’ push-back from Sean Hannity and other conservative watchdogs, as more and more government wasteful spending within the President’s 2009 stimulus is exposed.
The Recover Act was supposed to create jobs, but the ‘Correct Condom Use’ study, which received $423K in government funding has not created a single job. Yes, $423K of our taxpayer dollars were spent on a study about how to properly use a condom.
For those of you who out there living under a rock, putting on a condom is pretty simple to figure out. When you purchase any size box of condoms, there are already directions on how to put on the condoms printed on the box.
