Obama’s Golf Game Being ‘Handicapped” By Republicans

FORE!!!!!!!!! Texas’ feisty Republican Congressman Louie Gohmert is looking to ‘handicap’ President Obama’s golf game as he has just proposed a bill that would keep taxpayers from paying for Obama’s golf outings.

Great stuff! Now someone needs to step up and propose a bill to ban the President from playing in all of those pick-up basketball games in which he plays hoops against Secret Service agents and White House staffers, all of whom are paid with taxpayer dollars.

As long as President Obama keeps the White House closed to the general public, Rep. Louie Gohmert R-Texas think he shouldn’t be relying on taxpayer dollars to transport him to the golf course.

“None of the funds made available by a division of this Act may be used to transport the President to or from a golf course until public tours of the White House resume,” reads the text of the Amendment.

The White House Visitor Center announced that all public tours would be canceled beginning Saturday March 9 due to the sequestration cuts.-Washington Examiner
