James O’Keefe of Project Veritas caught Patrick Moran on a hidden-camera advising one of O’Keefe’s undercover reporters on how to “vote in names of other people by generating a fake utility bill that has the person’s name on it.
So, if Junior Moran is versed in the art of voter fraud, is it fair to assume that Moran Senior is as well?
