During the first and only forum between Congressman Allen West and Patrick Murphy, Murphy used every single Democrat demagogic talking point in its playbook. Unfortunately for Murphy, he forgot that his President was responsible for pulling U.S. Troops out of Iraq which halted the “billions of dollars a week” that were being spent there.
Yes, Patrick Murphy still thinks that “billions of dollars a week” are being spent in Iraq. Congressman/Professor Allen West quick reminder to Murphy that “we are out of Iraq,” caused the audience to burst out in laughter at his gaffe.
