Republican congressional candidate Karen Harrington has landed one of the most coveted endorsements within the state of Florida, that of Governor Jeb Bush’s. Earlier this morning, the Karen Harrington for Congress campaign released a statement containing Governor Bush’s endorsement accompanied by Harrington’s remarks accepting the endorsement.

Harrington is facing off against Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz to represent the 23rd congressional district.  Wasserman Schultz has been criticized by Harrington for not releasing her tax returns as well as being an ‘absentee congresswoman’ in her congressional district.

Just last week, Harrington sent Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz a birthday cake on the congresswoman’s 46th birthday reminding the congresswoman that she had not replied to Harrington’s request for five debates and had failed to produce her tax returns. (Source-Cake)
