We just caught up with former New York City Mayor Ruby Giuliani at the RNC, where we asked him if President Obama was less respected  around the world than former President George W. Bush. Giuliani, who is never short on words or criticisms of Obama, answered our question in typical Rudy fashion.

Do I think he is less respected? I do, I do think he is less respected. He maybe better liked, but I think he’s less respected.-Mayor Rudy Giuliani

Earlier this summer, we asked Giuliani what he thought of the fact that Obama was considered the best friend to Israel by his surrogates, including Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Giuliani over collapse of laughter when we surprised him with the question by stated,” That’s the biggest joke I have ever heard.” (VIDEO)
