Congressional candidate Karen Harrington is running to unseat Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and she’s calling out the Congresswoman for her hypocritical demand that Mitt Romney release his tax returns and yet refusing to release her own.  The Drudge Report, The Weekly Standard, and National Review Online have all reported on Harrington’s call for Wasserman Schultz to release her own tax returns.

Now Harrington is following up her initial request that  Wasserman Schultz release her tax records by launching “Operation Tax Return Hypocrite,” after her spokesman rebutted Harrington’s request with an “anemic” response. Wasserman Schultz’s spokesman Jonathan Beeton told the St.Petersburg Times that, “Chairman Wasserman Schultz wonders what Mitt Romney is hiding and why he won’t share this information with voters.”

Harrington’s campaign quickly pounced on the statement by turning the question around on Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and asking her what she was hiding, and why she wouldn’t share her records with voters.

This was Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s spokesman’s anemic response to Karen Harrington’s demand that Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz release her tax returns.

But wait, her spokesman’s statement gets better. He added:

 “Chairman Wasserman Schultz wonders what Mitt Romney is hiding and why he won’t share this information with voters.”

Well, we would like to ask the same question of Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz. What are you hiding Debbie, and why won’t you share this information with voters?

If Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz releases her tax returns, she will expose herself as being the utter fraud that we know she is, after claiming that she is part of America’s “middle class”.

Since Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz continues to demand that Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney release his past tax returns, Karen Harrington has launched “Operation Tax Return Hypocrite.” Operation Tax Return Hypocrite will  keep  taxpaying Americans up to speed with weekly updates on the status of  Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz’s unlikely release of her tax returns.

Karen Harrington does not expect Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz to have an epiphany, where she finds character and/or a  moral compass. For all intents and purposes, this congressional race between Wasserman Schultz and Harrington is now in full swing.  Harrington’s wildly popular ‘Fire Debbie!” website has stirred a nationwide grassroots buzz and caught the attention of  influential conservative activists and organizations.
