The Republican leadership in Washington D.C. is pressing President Obama to steer the country out of the energy crisis it finds itself in. Gas prices are at $4 a gallon throughout the country and the summer months are still months away- gas prices are typically at their highest during the summer season.President Obama and DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz have both touted the need for an ‘all-of-the-above’ approach to energy independence. They have seen time after time that the House passes an all-of-the-above energy approach; Keystone Pipeline, other bills, sitting in the Senate blocked by Senate Democrats and the White House. Mr. President, the American people, people from my district are asking you…it’s time to act, it’s time to act, Mr. President.”-Congresswoman Sandy Adams(R-FL) (Video)
