Florida State CFO Jeff Atwater Supporting Karen Harrington, Helps Raise Campaign Funds

The Miami Herald is reporting  that Florida Chief Financial Officer Jeff Atwater is supporting Karen Harrington to unseat DNC/Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz.  Atwater, along  with State Representatives Chris Dorworth, Dennis Baxley, Scott Plakon, and Jeanette Nunez are listed as the hosts on an invitation to a Karen Harrington for Congress fundraising event scheduled in Tallahassee next month.

This show of support by Atwater is significant in that Atwater enjoys extensive statewide name recognition state, and he is considered to be one of the most popular conservative politicos in the state of Florida.
