Congressman Connie Mack is likely entering the Republican Senate primary race because he feels that neither former U.S. Senator George LeMieux or former Florida House Leader Adam Hasner can beat Democrat Senator Bill Nelson in next year’s general election. With that said, Congressman Mack may not want to discount the other two Republican candidates in the race- retired Colonel Mike McCalister and businessman Craig Miller.
Craig Miller and his ‘Miller on Mainstreet’ political campaign has been receiving positive reviews from potential voters from around the state. The idea for the ‘Miller on Mainstreet’ campaign is simple, connect with everyday Americans by working the jobs that they currently work. During the recent Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) Victory Dinner, I ran into Mr. Miller in the lobby of the Disney Grand Floridian Resort hotel to discuss his campaign.
