Florida House Majority Leader Carlos Lopez-Cantera put forth his best political spin for Presidential candidate Governor Rick Perry prior to the announcment of the recent Presidency 5 straw poll results. Lopez-Cantera stated that he felt Perry would either win the straw poll or place very high -Perry wound up finishing a distant 2nd place to Herman Cain. Lopez-Cantera has come out early with his support of Governor Perry Presidential bid along with the Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives Dean Cannon. Lopez-Cantera, aka ‘CLC’ is considered to be a young rising star amongst Republican state politicians and is tinkering with the idea of seeking higher office.
