The latest Florida Republican Presidential primary poll conducted by Insider Advantage on Sept. 13 of 456 likely GOP primary voters has Rick Perry up 9 points over Mitt Romney, the first major poll conducted subsequent to Monday Night’s CNN/Tea Party Express debate in Tampa.
