Senator Marco Rubio has been making his way around the state during the August recess, and I caught up with him in Key Largo at the Monroe GOP Reagan Day Dinner event.  After reiterating his criticism of President Barack Obama’s disastrous drilling moratorium and the Department of Interior’s delay in the issuance of drilling permits- “alot of jobs have been lost the last few years as he sat on his hands,” I asked Rubio to about the swirling speculation surrounding the possibility of his selection as a vice-presidential candidate as well as his thoughts on the overall Republican presidential field.
