South Florida’s popular talk show host Joyce Kaufman is endorsing  U.S. Senate Candidate Adam Hasner in the 2012 U.S. Senate race. Kaufman is a leading political voice that played a big role in helping to elect Congressman Allen West to the Congress in 2010.  Both Kaufman and Hasner have been strong proponents of the state of Israel, and are also outspoken critics of the militant Islamic movement that threatens Israel and western civilization as a whole.

Adam Hasner for Senate is a no-brainer

For over 20 years I have talked to and with the people of South Florida on my radio program. There was a time when I would refuse to endorse candidates for fear that people would just follow somebody, anybody, and not think for themselves. Why should anyone listen to me?

Well, now I know. To Whom much is given, much is required. People listen to me because for two decades they have learned that I mean what I say and I say what I mean. I say what others are afraid to say. I empower people to think out of the box and get behind people who can and should make a difference.

Adam Hasner is a political warrior. Adam is not afraid to speak the truth and to demand the truth from his colleagues, whether it was during his tenure in the Florida State House or whether it will be on the floor of the United States Senate.

The Republicans in the state of Florida have taken back the nomination process. During the last election the Republicans in our state rejected the entitled Governor Charlie Crist and chose Marco Rubio. And if they are wise, they will do the same thing to Crist chairwarmer Senator George Lemiuex and the establishment darling Mike Haridopolous. The people want a man like Adam Hasner who can stand on principles like a balanced budget amendment; like limiting the size of government and preserving the second Amendment. A man who is proud of the Judeo Christian values of this country and who is strongly pro life. Adam Hasner has stood alongside of me and members of our community when it wasn’t the “politically correct” thing to do; but it was the right thing to do. Adam Hasner has the critical thinking skills of an academic, but the real life common sense of a homeowner, a businessman, a husband and a neighbor. Adam Hasner also understands that America has enemies who would crush our civilization in the name of a radical ideology and they must be identified and stopped. He understands that a secure border is a matter of law and national safety and Adam has a solid perspective on the importance of controlling who is in our Country and why they are here. And all of these ideals are only possible if we have a free and open market where businesses open and flourish, when Americans who can are all working. Adam Hasner understands that the Country’s unemployment is painful and must be turned around. Florida has just experienced the end of an industry which exemplified what is best and most exceptional about us, the Space program. We may have lost jobs, but Adam understands that America has lost just another piece of its esteem. Adam also believes in a strong military and is a great supporter of the men and women who serve selflessly in an all volunteer US Armed Forces.

I endorse Adam Hasner, not as a Republican, which I am not. I endorse Adam Hasner as an American. The kind of American who wants to believe that we are not going to abdicate our responsibility to get our books in order. I want leaders in DC who will restore the gravitas and strength of this Nation, built on the foundational principles embodied in the Constitution. I endorse Adam Hasner because I believe he knows that in order to restore America’s self esteem, we must have leaders willing to do esteemable things. Leaders who will take the high road and beat back the status quo in Washington.

I endorse Adam Hasner for the United State Senate because we are running out of time. Men like Senator Marco Rubio and Congressman Allen West from Florida are already making a difference. I believe Adam Hasner will stand shoulder to shoulder with them to restore dignity to our Nation’s Capitol and I am proud to add my name to the list of others who are very circumspect about who they support, like Marc Levin and Monica Crowley. We all support Adam Hasner and so should you.
