Last week I sat down with Senator Marco Rubio to discuss several issues of recent importance including the Department of Justice’s very misguided “Project Gunrunner’ program which was authorized by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder. Rubio believes that government-sanctioned sale of weapons to Mexican criminals “has backfired” on them. The Mexican government has alleged that the recent crime wave that has ravaged their country is due in large part to gun sales by U.S. gun shops, a sentiment that is also shared by the Obama Adminstration. But as more whistleblowers go public and AG Holder continues to avoid responsibility for a policy that likely killed Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, it seems that the Obama Administration is unwilling to account for the consequences of its reckless border policies that are likely being pursued to put gun owners and distributors on the defensive.
Senator Rubio also addressed the volatile relationship we have with our ‘supposed’ ally in the war against terror, Pakistan. Rubio finds it hard to believe that Bin Laden could have been holed up in a military neighborhood in Pakistan without the Pakistani Intelligence knowing about it. Rubio makes some very interesting points- watch the video.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
