Self-identified fan and friend of the Shark Tank, Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz is a stickler for civility- as she defines the term.  To prove she’s not kidding around, she recently objected to the use of the term “ObamaCare” on the floor of the House of Representatives, and demanded that her colleagues refer to “ObamaCare” by its proper name, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010.

We here at the Shark Tank love, love, love the term ObamaCare, and we are also lovers of civility too.  But we don’t care much for political euphemisms, and we sure as heck don’t like misleading progressive rhetoric that deceives people as to what the consequences of a law will actually be- ObamaCare neither protects patients or makes care more affordable.

But just maybe we can meet Congresswoman Wasserman-Schultz halfway on this one- let’s do her a solid and help her a find another name for ObamaCare.  I’ve got a few, but i’m gonna let you guys have at it on this one.  The winning name (pending the Congresswoman’s approval) will be read aloud on the floor of the House of Representatives. 😉
