James Gleason To Run for Congress in FL-20
by Javier Manjarres
Coral Springs resident James Gleason has announced that he is a candidate for Congress in Florida’s 20th Congressional District. Gleason is a small business owner who brings years of experience in the private sector in addition to his governmental affairs experience. Mr. Gleason recently ran for the Mayor of Coral Springs, and even though he fell a little short in that race, Gleason garnered a considerable amount of notoriety and support throughout the city.
Mr. Gleason is the first Republican candidate to formally announce his candidacy in District 20, but many speculate that businesswoman Karen Harrington will be making another run at the seat that is currently occupied by Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D).
