Senator-elect Rubio Speaks To Cuba Democracy PAC (VIDEO)
by Javier Manjarres
Senator-elect Marco Rubio made his first speech to the Cuba Democracy PAC since his election to the Senate last month. Rubio spoke at the group’s annual luncheon held at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida, and he let the audience in on what he had learned about Cuban sentiment around the state and across country as he campaigned for Senate. Senator-elect Rubio will be sworn into office on January 5th in Washington, D.C. On a personal note, I am still wondering what the proper protocol and form of address is for being in the presence of our newly minted Senator. Do we need to kneel before him, kiss his ring, bow our heads- or perhaps all of the above- if we are to be admitted into his kingly court? 😛 This last sentence is simply fun sarcasm meant to poke fun at my pal, Marco. Notice the little smiley face..geesh people, relax! LOL!!!
