Earlier today, Rick Scott and Rep. Jennifer Carroll rolled out their Educational plan for the state of Florida at a Charter School in Broward County, Florida. During the townhall meeting, Scott told the crowd of mostly elementary school kids that he started in business as the owner of a couple of donut shops. This started a line of questioning that led him to make a promise that he might not be able to “deliver” on.
