My big secret is out. Palm Beach County’s equivalent to “Law & Order” heavyweight Jack McCoy, Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg has endorsed his friend and campaign supporter Palm Beach County Commissioner Melissa McKinlay in here 2016 congressional campaign.
According to the Palm Beach Post, the DCCC, aka Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, tried to push Aronberg into running for the congressional seat McKinlay now seeks to win.Aronberg of course said no.
“Melissa is tireless. It’s amazing how she has risen up the ranks, simply by the strength of her work ethic and drive. I am continually astounded by her ability to solve problems and finish the job.

She will be one of the few working single mothers in Congress, and thereby, a representative for millions who face the same challenges.”-Dave Aronberg
I expected nothing less from Aronberg, who is a newlywed, and occasionally tangles with me on the set of NewsmaxTV.
I poke fun at Dave whenever he reaches for his magical political crystal ball, and feels compelled to channel his inner “Swamy,” and gives his predictions about the 2016 presidential race, or any other race for that matter.Aronberg firmly believes that McKinlay will be the Democratic congressional nominee, and that Republicans will rally behind combat veteran Brian Mast.
The end of the FEC reporting cycle has just ended, and it will very interesting to see just how much support both the Republican and Democrat congressional candidates post up.
Republican Carl Domino, who lost the 2014 general election against Patrick Murphy by 20 points, stated this week that he dropped $200K into his campaign, and had not started fundraising yet.
Even with a lackluster field of Republican primary challengers, Domino was only able to raise about $300K in the 2014 election cycle.
The 2016 Republican primary race is six candidates deep, and from the onset, appear to be comprised of much more viable and electable candidates than the bunch who appeared on the ballot against Domino.Republican candidates
