Monica Lewinsky was a former intern in the White House with whom Clinton admitted having an affair with while she worked there. Her famous blue dress was one of the outfit’s she wore when she had a fling with the President. She kept it as a memento. Due to the scandal Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives.
