Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber will be appearing before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on December 9.
According to a congressional staff source, Gruber is expected follow the lead of former IRS boss, Lois Lerner, and plead the Fifth Amendment, during what undoubtedly be grilling by lawmakers.Why wouldn’t Gruber plead the fifth?
Gruber has done irreparable damage to President Obama and his signature and legacy legislation, damage that could lead to the possible and viable defunding of the law, the potential repeal of segments of the law, or perhaps even full repeal of Obamacare.

Because Gruber exposed the law for what it really is, a sham, did Gruber already shoot himself in the foot and incriminate himself in a future criminal or civil case?
