With Anthony Weiner’s pants still clasping his ankles, his wife Huma Abedin, who is standing alongside her husband’s embarrassing and sexually inappropriate actions, is once again under the political microscope, as question are being asked about her dual public and private sector employment.Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA) wrote to both Abedin and Secretary of State John Kerry asking why Abedin was granted “special government employee” status after her son was born.
Abedin, who was the deputy chief of staff for then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, was allowed to earn $135,000 as a part-time government employee, this while receiving $355,000 as a consultant for the company Teneo, where Clinton’s Husband Bill, is a board member.

Craig Holman of Public Citizen, a government ethics watchdog group, says Abedin’s dual status raises serious questions.
“If this story pans out that Huma actually had access to inside information while serving as a government official but at the same time serving as a strategic consultant to a firm that actively trades in the stock market, this could be quite a problem, ” he said.-Fox News
And then there are her indirect ties to Islamic extremism.
In 2012, Abedin came under scrutiny after Congresswoman Michele Bachmann questioned her high-level security clearance at the State Department, after it was discovered that her family has connections to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Abedin’s mother is a member and sits on the Guidance Board of the Muslim Sisterhood, the female wing of the terrorist organization, The Muslim Brotherhood.

Huma’s brother Hassan Abedin, allegedly collaborated with Omar Naseef and Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, two very influential supporters of worldwide terrorism.
