Flood Of Biblical Proportions Will Doom Florida

Democratic Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz has just stated that her district, which encompasses parts of Miami-Dade County and a huge swath of Broward County, will be ‘deep-sixed’ “in a few short years.”

Wasserman Schultz jumped on the Al Gore global-warming fright train saying that because of the rising sea levels, she would most likely be forced to represent communities more than two hundred miles away.

“I will eventually represent Orlando if we don’t do something about making sure we can reduce global warming,” she said on Fox News this morning. Wasserman Schultz’s current residence, Weston, Fla., is 224 miles away from Orlando.
She cautioned that her community wouldn’t be the only one at risk. “Coastal communities all across the country, are facing dangerous sea-level rises, which will ultimately cause homes to be underwater in a few short years,” she said.-National Review

Surprised she didn’t blame Bush for this, or has she? By the way, wasn’t it Wasserman Schultz who made this same claim back in 2006 or 2008?

I’d pay good money to see DWS run against Alan Grayson in the “not-yet-flooded” Orlampa district.

PLEASE MOVE NOW!!! North of Florida must be rather secure, don’t you think? If you do it now, you would have time to prepare your campaigns…….

I can’t quite decide if her ignorance or her ugliness is her most prominent characteristic. With this bimbo it’s a really hard call..

Was-a-man is either retread for the Dems or is repeating herself. Her boss, Barack Obama promised a long time ago that he would slow the rise of the oceans and heal the planet.

Whoever voted for deb ought to bow their heads in shame. If we deserve the gov’t we have, we’re in really bad shape.

  11. BillB June 30, 2013 at 6:24 pm

Yes Ms. Debbie , if only your grandmother DID have access to likes of planned parenthood. And yes too the Earth is ever evolving (part of God & Mother Natures plan) so we should’ve have always known it’s NOT a good idea to build on barrier islands, fullin swamp land , things like that .

Our jug-eared putative POTUS, even after all the revelations that global warming is a hoax, has declared global warrming to be the biggest threat facing our country.

    Three possibilites:
    1) DWS is THAT stupid that she believes this stuff
    2) She’s merely a good soldier (and she is) and one of her duties is to scream the talking points, no matter how ridiculous, in her unique shrill harridan style.
    3) She’s been promised a share of the take from the AGW scam.

I disagree with her. CO2 as the reason for global warming has already been debunked, it’s the sun getting hotter, simply because fire pulsates. Also, there will be no ‘flood of Biblical proportions’ period. God in the Bible said that was the reason He created the rainbow: To remind mankind that He will never flood the world again after what happened with Noah. (Yes there are floods, but not of Biblical proportion).

    • Karen Reed July 2, 2013 at 12:20 pm

I agree with Metalmoore04 — and perhaps global warming is God getting ready to destroy the world by fire!

Listening to the likes of Waserman, Obama, and Gore shows everyone just how incompetent and uneducated they are. Obama is trying to divert attention from his other scandals and W-S is going along for the ride.Andthe American citizen is paying for their ride!

  15. surfcat50 July 1, 2013 at 9:21 am

Not sure about the biblical level of flooding, but DWS sure qualifies as pestilence!

  16. Robert July 1, 2013 at 10:15 am

    A little perspective on this.

What she is refering to is the total bungle of Broward County to even begin to explain why they have had a beach erosin problem for over 30 years. They were offered a proven fix years ago, and the wannbe Debbies instead shook everyone down, and made deals to take over FT Lauderdale beach. FTL Beach has NEVER been more then 50 ft wide , and across the 2 lanes of traffic the powers to be built Hotels that charge 350.00 plus a night. Etc which killled business on the beach.

Tropical Storm Sandy brushed past Broward county. Place like pompano, who have used sea grass etc to preserve and stop erosin didnt have a problem.A small stretch of Ft Lauderdale beach was washed out and closed A1A. so rather than take the blame for their years of inaction , they blammed this not on a TS, but on a small 400 foot wide swath of Global Warming and promptyly passed Agenda 21 . ” It wasn’t us, it was Global warming that caused this ” Brilliant pass the buck type action.

I didn’t know global warming was so smart and could do that.. Truly must be biblical. Right .Or maybe it was looking for you Deb? Did you tick off Mother Nature?

I live directly on the beach 3 miles North, not in a condo. we had water trickle up to our seawall , which is over 200 feet from the waterline. I thought Global Warming, was Global? Didin’t know it could produce little streamers to specific places.?

We had 20 people stay the whole time that were from Weston . No problems. Never even lost electricity ( surely mother nature would turn that off, Global warming and all . Weston had no problems, nor did perfect Naples Beach. How can you explain that.. Biblical I guess. People in mass that believe a word you say ( maybe mass is a bad word to use ) I bet moving trucks can be seen all over Weston

But now that you are declared Global Warming emergency, have you given up your gas guzzling, contributor provided Corvette? No. Has your husbands bank stopped making loans to build things in weston or shakedown FT Lauderdale biz? No If ft lauderdale is going to get us into an ark situation, why is hubbys bank making loans in the area knowing fulll well I am sure of your end of times declaration

Graysons district is perfect for you. Fantasy Land is right down the road.. Perfect fit.

Start a fund, and we will raise millions for you to leave.

    Cya later Gator

If a flood of biblical proportions does happen, it would be because of the normal earth cycles….not much we humans could do about that….unless they also think that humans caused the ice age….h-m-m-m.

    • DoubleC July 2, 2013 at 2:05 pm

Thanks for being awake, maybe you’re a fellow History Channel watcher, SH.

    • John Henke July 4, 2013 at 2:45 am

A few years ago I saw some scientific type guys on Greenland pulling up ice cores. From those cores they figured that the ice age ended in about twenty years. Must have been too many cave-man fires lit all at once.

i have to say the one thing all this Liberal jerks have in common, is that their brains are in their ass.

  19. Vanuel G. Baker July 1, 2013 at 4:47 pm

Can someone explain to me how a politician can predict “Global Warming”? All W-S has been able to do is follow El Jeffie around and “Yes” him. She is suppose to represent the people that voted her into her job, not Obamer.

  20. FlaGal51 July 1, 2013 at 10:50 pm

Why do people keep electing this dipshit?? I personally WOULD like to see DWS give Alan Grayson a run for his money; the debates would truly be a thing to behold…. (Barf)

    • John Henke July 4, 2013 at 2:46 am

They’d try to out commie each other.

  21. Karen Reed July 2, 2013 at 12:17 pm

I’m surprised she’d even bring up the global flood mentioned in the Bible — you mean she believes the Bible? I think not!

  22. John Henke July 4, 2013 at 2:50 am

Well if Debby What’s-her-name Shultz says the seas are rising and the only thing we can do to stop it is get down and kiss the ass of Carle Marx and Fredrick Engels, well I guess we just better get to kissing.

Or we could just ignore this idiot.
