Republican Congressional candidate Robert Crowder, who is challenging Congressman Allen West in this year’s Republican primary election, was caught asking attendees of the Martin County NAACP forum to register to vote Republican.
Crowder’s “Operation Chaos” type tactic is sign of desperation by the ‘more-than-likely-to-lose’ Democrat-lite Sheriff from Martin County.
Earlier this year, The Shark Tank first suggested that Crowder was a Democrat plant, that was thrown into the race in an attempt to muddy up the waters against West, and now it seems that our suspicions are confirmed. Remember, Crowder endorsed Democrat Alex Sink over now Republican Governor Rick Scott in the highly contentious 2010 Gubernatorial race.
It’s fair to speculate- is Sheriff Crowder a Democrat plant in the Republican field that is being positioned to ultimately help Patrick Murphy, West’s likely general election opponent? While it’s isn’t concrete proof- yet- that Crowder’s candidacy is an orchestrated move against Congressman West, if there was some intra-party “encouragement” for him to run, you can bet that DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz likely had a hand in it. Crowder has struck a ‘compromise’ with West’s Democrat challenger Patrick Murphy and Democrat Jim Horn and agreed to “compromise” in order “to get Congress back on track.” Patrick Murphy left his contested primary race in Congressional District 22 to follow West up to the 18th Congressional District.
Here is what Crowder told the room of Democrats-
“Although I love my Republicans, the ones who are going to make the difference this election are the Democrats,” Crowder said. “Because you could be a Democrat, and become a Republican in the primary, and still vote for your Democrats in the general election.”- Sheriff Robert Crowder
