As recounts are underway, the sunshine state and Georgia are at the center of controversial calls concerning ballots that are unaccounted for and have to be recounted. In response to the issue, the President took to twitter to comment on the discrepancy, joking that “they are just now finding votes in Florida and Georgia” and that we should “blame the Russians and demand an immediate apology from President Putin!”

President Trump elaborated his thoughts while speaking to reporters outside the White House on Friday morning, saying that “They’re finding votes out of nowhere. Rick Scott [won his Senate race] by a comfortable margin.”

Governor Scott, earlier filing a lawsuit against Brenda Snipes, also echoed the President’s thoughts by noting that “Every day since the election, the left-wing activists in Broward County have been coming up with more and more ballots out of nowhere.”
He also criticized that “It’s the Democrats. It’s always GPS Fusion … there’s a lot of bad stuff going on in this country, and I’m getting to the bottom of it … a lot of crooked stuff going on … it always seems to be going the way of Democrats.”
The President called the event “a disgrace,” and he said that there’s “a lot of dishonesty” from Broward, citing the 2016 congressional race controversy surrounding the Broward Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes.Governor-elect Ron DeSantis commented on the matter, saying that “The results of the election were clear. I am now focused on the transition effort and will allow the legal efforts regarding the election to proceed, as is necessary, as the process unfolds.”
The President also tweeted concerning the Governor’s race, noting that Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum conceded the night of but Broward votes are popping up “out of nowhere” and suddenly Mayor Gillum is “back in play.”
Matt Caldwell, currently at a deficit in his bid to become Florida’s next Agriculture Commissioner, assured that his “legal team … pursue every option to ensure election results are counted fairly, accurately, and legally.”Mayor Gillum conceded on Election Day and now Broward County has put him “back into play.” Bill Nelson conceded Election – now he’s back in play!?
