On Halloween night, President Donald Trump will be joining Congressman Ron DeSantis in a rally in the Fort Myers area as the Republican ticket looks to defeat Tallahasse Mayor Andrew Gillum and his running-mate Chris King.
The President’s campaign team made the announcement this week, saying that the President will be appearing at a Make America Great Rally at the Hertz Arena in Estero on Halloween night.The team notified that “President Trump is expected to discuss the success of his America First agenda which is delivering new jobs and bigger paychecks to the hardworking men and women of Florida, as well as the critical need for Floridians to get out and vote for the GOP in the midterm elections.”
In addition, Michael Glassner, the COO of the President’s campaign team, commented that “We are pleased to announce the next stop on our national midterm campaign tour with a Make America Great Again rally on Wednesday, October 31st in Fort Myers, Florida, featuring President Donald Trump.”

Glassner also added that “President Trump looks forward to celebrating the success of his America first agenda that’s delivering more jobs and bigger paychecks to families all across the Sunshine State. The president will also remind Floridians of the critical need to get out and vote between now and Election Day on November 6th to help protect and expand the Republican majorities in the House and Senate.”
Leading up to election day in less than two weeks, Mayor Gillum has a slight lead.
And, this week also saw former Vice President Joe Biden campaigning with both Gillum and Senator Bill Nelson as they try to ensure the “blue wave” that they’ve been trying to rally support for.With DeSantis and Gillum completing their final debate, President Donald Trump will try to continue firing up the sunshine state that he carried in the 2016 Presidential election.
