Florida Senator Marco Rubio has announced his support of Javier Manjarres’ bid to unseat Ted Deutch in Florida’s 22nd congressional district.
In a statement, Senator Rubio praised “Javier’s unwavering support for the Constitution, especially his support for the 1st & 2nd Amendments and his steadfast support for the life of unborn children,” which Rubio says makes Javi “uniquely qualified to represent Florida’s 22nd District in Congress.”He added, “I look forward to working with Javier to introduce and pass meaningful legislation that will continue on the winning pro-American pathway our great nation is currently on.”
In response to the endorsement, Javi commented that “Americans from all walks of life are counting on me to go to Washington, D.C. and work alongside leaders like Senator Rubio to further the president’s America First agenda. I am honored to receive Senator Rubio’s support, and look forward to continue America’s winning streak with him.”
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Since announcing his candidacy for the seat, Javier has touted his support of the President and his efforts to “drain the swamp.” He’s also been heavily critical of Democrat Ted Deutch’s work in the district. Most recently, he appeared on the Brian Mudd show to discuss his thoughts on why Deutch must be defeated.
