Senate Democrats are hedging support for President Trump’s nominee to head the CIA, Gina Haspel, who is accused of using torture techniques on prisoners.
Trump came out and defended his nominee as being “highly respected” and “TOUGH ON TERROR!”But it’s not only Democrats who do not support Haspel’s nomination to lead the CIA. Convicted 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed has also made his opposition to Haspel’s nomination.
Of course, he did.

Mohammed, who was allegedly tortured by the CIA, says Haspel is not fit to head the intelligence agency because of the advanced interrogation techniques she used on enemy combatants after the 9/11 attacks. Mohammed wants some documents he has written about Haspel declassified and show to the public.
If the person responsible for killing thousands of Americans opposes her, isn’t Haspel the exact person we want to head up the CIA?
