Bets are being place around the state of Florida, as to whether or not embattled state Senator Jack Latvala (R) will resign from the senate, this after a slew of sexual harassment allegations were made against him.
The talk of the town (Tallahassee) is all about Jack and his alleged sexual missteps over the course of his political career. There is no where to hide in Tallahassee from the talk of Latvala and the anonymous women who have made the accusations against him.While Latvala is coming off defiant and has emphatically stated that he would fight the allegations, the Republican Party of Sarasota has announced that Latvala’s November 9th gubernatorial campaign event has been postponed.
The local Republican party did not give a reason for the cancellation, only offering an apology for the cancellation.

Event the latest Tampa Bay Times ‘Florida Insiders poll’ poses several questions regarding the Latvala scandal, as well as the extramarital tryst that former state Senator Jeff Clemens was also recently caught up in.
Clemens resigned shortly after the news came out that he had an extramarital affair with a female lobbyist.
