Rep. Charlie Crist (D) and his infamous days of being a political chameleon may not be passed him, even after Floridians sent him to Washington, D.C.
Or are they?Crist was only one of five Democratic House members to vote in favor of the Make America Secure Act, a bill that funds President Trump’s border wall and pumps more funding for the military, law enforcement, and veterans.
Crist told the Tampa Bay Times that he supported the bill as a whole, but was adamantly opposed to building a border wall.

I also voted to keep our commitment to those wounded in the fight for our freedom receiving care through the Bay Pines VA and other VA facilities across the country.
“Let me be clear, I strongly oppose President Trump’s proposed border wall. I supported efforts to strike it from the legislation supporting our troops and our veterans. It will not make our nation safer, will not reduce unlawful crossings, and will hurt our environment. The provision can and should be eliminated in negotiations with the Senate.”- Rep. Charlie Crist (D)
