Throughout the new Trump Care legislation, Democrats have been standing together to oppose proposed Medicade cuts – some even referring to it as “heartless.” Inevitably there will always be controversy between the Republicans and Democrats on whether health care should be government regulated or not, and the current GOP health care bill is a perfect example.
Over the past week, Rep. Frederica Wilson met with some of her political colleagues to oppose the new healthcare bill. The new health care bill being passed by the Trump administration is nerve wrecking for prominent Democrats – mostly being that they are scared to lose Obamacare which has proven to be a failure since it was first introduced in 2010. In addition to losing Obamacare, Democrats are terrified of bidding adieu to Obama’s liberal value system and feel that his legacy will soon be forgotten.
