For the first time, we’re seeing photographs of former Congresswoman Corrine Brown that helped jurors decide she was guilty.
The prosecution was able to show the jury more than two dozen surveillance images of Brown making transactions at the bank according to Action News Jax.The surveillance images of Brown were likely a blow to her defense that said chief of staff Ronnie Simmons controlled her finances.
Additional footage shows 40 surveillance images of Simmons withdrawing money from the so-called “bogus charity” One Door for Education. The FBI then testified cash would repeatedly appear minutes later in Brown’s account.

Brown’s attorneys have indicated they might appeal and over the weekend a juror emails Brown’s attorney James Smith and said they have something that could help with the appeal.
