One of the most ardent supporter of the nation of Israel is Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D), the first Jewish American woman to hold a seat in the U.S. Congress.
Wasserman Schultz has always sided on the side of Israel, so when the veteran congresswoman backed President Obama’s Iran nuclear deal, many Americans and Israelis were left shaking their heads in disbelief over her support of a deal that could signify the destruction of the country.Iran, a sworn enemy of the U.S. and Israel, has vowed to annihilate Israel of the world map.
So why would Wasserman Schultz want this terrorist state access to the means to possibly create a nuclear weapon?
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
“In weighing everything, all the information, I’ve concluded the best thing to do is vote in support of the Iran deal and put Iran years away from being a nuclear state.” -Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D) on CNN
But now that it has been reported that Iran tested a long-range ballistic missile this past weekend, could Wasserman Schultz begin to question her past decision to allow the Iranians access to nuclear power?
Wasserman Schultz wants Iran “held accountable” and “show its leaders that there are consequences for such actions.”Future ballistic tests and potentially much worse actions by Iran are the “consequences” of allowing this state sponsor of Islamic terrorism to develop a blue print for a nuclear weapon.
“Reports of an Iranian ballistic missile test over the weekend are a truly alarming development. If true, this would represent a violation of international law and U. N. Security resolutions. For that, Iran must be held accountable. If this reported ballistic missile testing action is not met with a clear and determined rebuke, Iran will take that silence as tacit consent to further destabilize a region already plagued by violence and escalating threats of it. While the test appears to have failed, my hope is that the U.S. and its allies will hold Iran accountable at the U.N. Security Council, and show its leaders that there are consequences for such actions.”
