President-Elect Donald Trump met with a lot of different GOP officials including Florida Governor Rick Scott, South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, Texas Rep. Jeb Hensarling and former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger in New York City on Thursday.
Scott led a political committee that raised $20 million to help Trump during his election. On Wednesday he tweeted he was traveling to NYC to congratulate Trump on his victory and help him to “reinvent the federal government.”Looking forward to seeing @realDonaldTrump tomorrow to congratulate him on his big win and offer my help to reinvent the federal government.
