As the election season comes to a close, candidates are campaigning to try to reach any undecided voters.

Marco Rubio (R) and Donald Trump (R) have been campaigning in Florida where they hope to win big in the Sunshine State. Hillary Clinton (D) and Patrick Murphy (D) have been trying to convince voters that they’re not under investigation by the FBI.

The subject of seven different ethics complaints, Murphy, as the Hill reports, has spent his time insisting “that he didn’t know about the FBI’s investigation into the practices of his domestic violence offender pal – the second illegal straw donor scheme tied to Murphy in the past week, until it’s original column broke then news on Wednesday.”

The lasted FEC complaint filed by the watchdog group FACT against Murphy’s campaign alleges that Thomas Murphy (his dad) is illegally funding both his senatorial campaign and the Super PAC that is supporting his candidacy.

As it stands, Marco Rubio is leading Murphy in the polls with 49.5% against Murphy’s 46.3%.
