Cape Coral, Florida- Former Ambassador to the Vatican City and now congressional candidate Francis Rooney, held a rally to announce the formal endorsement he received from former Republican presidential candidate, Dr. Ben Carson.

Rooney took questions about the race, and was specifically asked about the ongoing water crisis that Florida faces due to the toxic algae outbreak that is decimating some of the state’s waterways.

One reported effectively teed it up for Rooney by asking him what he thought about Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
