Senator Marco Rubio sat down with our managing editor, Javier Manjarres to discuss Ted Cruz being on the Supreme Court and the upcoming election.
When Manjarres asked Rubio what he would think if Donald Trump was elected president and appointed Ted Cruz for the Supreme Court he said:Well he is certainly qualified to do it. I just do not think Ted wants that and quite frankly selfishly we prefer to keep him in the Senate.
Manjarres then asked Rubio what would happen if the Republicans lost the majority in the Senate.

Rubio responded:
He said it would also put the 2nd Amendment and other pressing issues at jeopardy as well.Well that would be a problem because if we lose the majority I believe Chuck Schumer would invoke a nuclear option on Supreme Court Justices.
