Mark Lenard Schulman was an officer for the Seminole County Republican Executive Committee and now he is in jail on four counts of possession of child pornography.
Investigators found evidence on a computer including a video of girls as young as 6 engaging in sexual acts, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.Schulman was arrested in late January after FDLE’s cyber crimes task force executed a warrant to search his Needlewood Loop home.
Other videos found showed sex acts involving children who appeared to be 11 to 13 years old.

There were other computers confiscated for further investigation because they had encryption software. Besides being an officer for Seminole County REC, Schulman managed software and computer consulting companies.
Schulman was booked into Seminole County jail on $140,000 bound. FDLE requested if he made bond he would have no access to the Internet and no contact with minors.
