It’s true what they say in politics, money talks and bulls*#! walks. To this point, the top money spenders in the 2016 Republican Presidential primary race are none other than Senators Marco Rubio and Jeb Bush.
No surprise here.Between the two of them, they have spent a total of nearly $131 million on TV ads but with very little to show as far as swaying voters in the national average of public opinion polls. At this point, according to the realclearpolitics.com average of polls, Donald Trump, who has spent very little in comparison to both Rubio and Bush is trouncing the field, whereas Bush continues to plummet in the polls and is pretty much dead in the water.
Again, the fat lady seems to be tuning up her voice.

Rubio on the other hand has risen the polls a bit, but is it too little too late?
