On Thursday, former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor publicly endorsed presidential candidate Jeb Bush.
In a statement Cantor said:Governor Bush is a true conservative leader with a long-term vision for this country and the practical know-how to implement it.

According to CNN, Cantor was also named Virginia state co-chair of Bush’s campaign.
Cantor was voted out of Congress over a year ago and is currently the vice chairman of Moelis & Company, global investment bank.Even though he is currently not an elected official, a lot of Republican’s still consider him a key player for the party.
