Hillary Clinton just had her very own Rick Perry “Oops!” moment on live national TV after she stated that she had “never had a subpoena” served to her regarding her email-gate drama, adding that everything she did was ” permitted by law and regulation.”
Clinton the remarks on CNN, who she granted her very first interview to as a presidential candidate, turned out to be false, as South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy (R), who is the Chairman of the House Committee on Benghazi, proved Clinton wrong, saying that he had “no choice” but to publicized a subpoena that his committee issued to Clinton this past March.Gowdy said that released the subpoena because he felt compelled to correct her “inaccuracy.”
Gowdy said the committee issued the March 4 subpoena to Clinton personally after learning the full extent of her use of private emails while serving as secretary of state.

“Secretary Clinton had a statutory duty to preserve records from her entire time in office, and she had a legal duty to cooperate with and tell the truth to congressional investigators requesting her records going back to September of 2012.” –Rep.Trey Gowdy
Clinton is expected to be called to appear before the House Committee on Benghazi, but a date for her appearance has not been determined.
Gowdy told the Shark Tank late last year that he in fact would be calling Clinton in to testify, later reiterating his remark to reporters at a press conference in the Capitol. The fact that Clinton wiped-clean her personal computer server of any and all previous emails regarding the Benghazi attacks have raised “serious questions” as to what Clinton really knew about the incident, and events leading up to the attack on the U.S. Consulate.
Here is the actual subpoena:
