After the Supreme Court took it upon themselves to write laws from the bench on Thursday instead of interpret the Constitution, Representative Brian Babin (TX-R) introduced a bill that would require the justices to enroll in Obamacare.
Babin released the following statement:As the Supreme Court continues to ignore the letter of the law, it’s important that these six individuals understand the full impact of their decisions on the American people.
That’s why I introduced the SCOTUScare Act to require the Supreme Court and all of its employees to sign up for Obamacare.

Conservatives and Republicans alike are furious about the Supreme Court’s decision and even Justice Antonin Scalia was obviously mad in his dissent.
Scalia said:We should start calling this law SCOTUScare.
He also said the Supreme Court should not be writing laws from the bench.
Needless to say, Thursday’s decision changes the way the Supreme Court functions. Instead of interpreting the law, they are now the lawmakers. By doing so it offsets the three branches of government and essentially nullifies the Constitution.
