Univision dumped Donald Trump and cancelled Miss USA because of comments he made about Mexicans.
The comment Univision f0und offensive was the following:They’re bringing drugs, they’re bringing crime, they’re rapists and some, I assume, are good people.
Since Univision is the biggest Spanish-language broadcaster in the United States they decided to ditch the Miss Universe Organization. The organization is partially owned by Trump.

On Thursday while making an appearance on Fox News Trump said:
He also said he intends to sue Univision for refusing to air the pageant because they are in a binding contract. Trump stated:Of course I’m standing by the statement. I love Mexico, I love the Mexican people.
I’m going to have to sue Univision now . . . They have a signed contract. They’ll have to pay me a lot of money.

As Trump usually does, he took to Twitter to express his feelings. He said he loved Mexico but he didn’t like the unfair trade deals the US makes with them. Trump also stated the Mexican government doesn’t want him talking about the horrible trade deals and border situation so they are trying to use Unvision to get him to be quiet.Ending the company’s business relationship with the Miss Universe Organization, which is part-owned by Donald J. Trump, based on his recent, insulting remarks about Mexican immigrants.
At Univision, we see first-hand the work ethic, love for the family, strong religious values and the important role Mexican immigrants and Mexican-Americans have had and will continue to have in building the future or our country. We will not be airing the Miss USA pageant on July 12 or working on any other projects tied to the Trump Organization.
It looks like the Trump and Univision situation will soon be playing out in court and it does not really hurt his presidential aspirations since he is rising in the polls.
