Republicans want to repeal and replace Obamacare, this we know.
Florida Rep. David Jolly is one of a handful of House members who have actually delivered the goods when comes to looking for ways to “repeal and replace” the disastrous, job-killing Obamacare law.The overwhelming majority of House Republicans, if not all of them, support doing away with the law, and some up-and-coming republican congressional candidates, like combat veteran and double-amputee, Brian Mast, has also jumped on the “repeal and replace” bandwagon.

Jolly is once again pushing his legislation aimed to repeal the unpopular and burdening healthcare law.
Here is Rep. David Jolly’s statement regarding his repeal legislation.
I believe the American people should be in control of their own health care coverage decisions, not government. Which is why, despite today’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling, I am continuing to push legislation (H.R. 143) restoring the freedom of all Americans to decide what health care coverage is right for them and their family. You will recall, I introduced the “Patient Freedom Act of 2014” which would repeal Obamacare’s individual health insurance mandate.
Under my proposal some may choose coverage that meets the Obamacare requirements. Some may decide such coverage is not right for them. This is about empowering the individual, not government. And it says to the American people the following – if you like your Obamacare, you can keep it. But if you don’t want the coverage levels of Obamacare, you are empowered and entrusted to make the decision that is right for you.By repealing the individual mandate, the government would no longer be able to force a person to purchase health insurance coverage that government has determined is best for the individual.-TB Times
