Donald Trump officially announced he was running for president on Tuesday. Before he did Neil Young’s song “Rockin’ in the Free World” was playing in the Trump Tower lobby.
Neil Young is not happy. He said The Donald did not have permission to use his song per POLITICO.Mother Jones released a statement from Elliot Roberts, Young’s manager that said:
Donald Trump’s use of ‘Rockin’ in the Free World’ was not authorized. Mr. Young is a longtime supporter of Bernie Sanders.

One must admit the song was an odd choice because it was released in 1989 and was for American’s mad because George H.W. Bush won the presidency in 1988.
