In Nassau County, the sheriff deputy was arrested on Tuesday night on charges of conspiring to traffic hydrocodone as reported by News4Jax.
Deputy Stuart James Raulerson was also charged with the sale of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a church or school.Sources have told News4Jax he is also being accused of selling his own prescription medications to another man for re-sale. Raulerson apparently denies those allegations.
An arrest warrant was issued for Raulerson after an internal investigation which included a sworn statement from the man being accused of buying drugs from Raulerson.

Nassau County Sheriff Bill Leeper fired Raulerson upon his arrest. Raulerson subsequently posted $150,000 bail and has been released from jail and is awaiting his day in court.
