That was the statement Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker made to the attendees at Florida Governor Rick Scott’s economic summit in Orlando, Florida.“If I didn’t think I could compete, I wouldn’t be here today. I’ve made four trips to Florida (this year) and many more in the past.”
The remark was made to counter some criticisms he has received when he said that he may not campaign all that hard in Florida, leaving the Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio wrestle for the state’s 29 winner-take-all electoral votes.
“If we chose to get in, I don’t think there’s a state out there we wouldn’t play in, other than maybe Florida, where Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio are.” Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker

Walker, along with Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio, are at the top of most 2016 presidential polls, so it was somewhat odd to here Walker say that he could skip Florida, if he ran for president in 2016.
